How We Work

Our team has over 15 years experience

  • We focus on building and sustaining trusted relationships with key project stakeholders
  • We have a policy of building Blended Delivery Teams (consisting of our team members paired directly with project stakeholders)

Our blended project teams have three core objectives

  • Understand, defined and manage the change
  • Efficiently scope, build, test and deploy the new system with minimal disruption
  • Identify efficiencies and seek opportunities to release value throughout the project

Our Change Management Process

The value of an End User Panel

At the start of a project we recommend the creation of an End User Panel. The End User Panel is made up of a group of employees who regularly use the system and will experience the shift that comes with the adoption of a new system. This group is consulted throughout the project and is critical in helping the project team to identify efficiencies, pilot modules, test the interface design, and help shape the way the new system is communicated both internally and externally.

Our Process

We use an agile implementation methodology, with highly integrated stakeholder engagement

Key concepts within our approach are a highly focussed Inception phase (formal documentation, user requirements, KPI, and core information gathering) along with an iterative Sprint methodology. Sprints incrementally select, implement, test and confirm implementation ”chunks”, rapidly working towards a full solution. After each sprint progress will be shared and feedback gathered. Our aim is that for every milestone we will deliver something that can start to generate value for the company.
